Rick Hyman is a visual artist, author, and innovator with deep roots in Texas agriculture and land stewardship. He has authored five books and exhibited artwork across Virginia, lecturing on historical and cultural topics. As founding CEO of Hyman Living Laboratory, Rick oversees the integration of environmental intelligence, agricultural data, and innovative technologies, combining creative vision with strategic leadership to drive global initiatives. 

Ronda Hyman brings 23 years of corporate leadership in human resources and organizational strategy to Hyman Living Laboratory. Author of three books, including works on family legacy and personal development, she combines her entrepreneurial experience with visionary thinking to lead operations, partnerships, and strategic growth at HLL-EI / AD. Ronda is committed to bridging community, innovation, and intelligence across both nodes. 

Dr. Ronald Fletcher, is a medical oncology specialist and former Director of the Ohio Department of  Health. Dr. Fletcher has been a faculty member of several medical schools including Vanderbilt. He has served with the CDC and WHO to improve the health in several countries. He is currently the Medical Director for NutraLab Nutraceuticals. He was also former Medical Director/ Medical Scientist for Johnson and Johnson, Elan, Azure and Jazz Pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Shri Sharma, holds a PhD in Chemical and Food Engineering and has over 40 years of diversified technical leadership experience. He played lead roles at Unilever, PepsiCo and Warner Lambert Company and developed or optimized icon consumer brands like; Skippy® Peanut Butter, Mazola® Corn Oil. Diet Pepsi®, Sun Chips® and Trident Chewing gum. Dr. Sharma is CEO of Nutralab, Inc., a company dedicated to nutrition and health. He has won multiple national and international awards and holds over 40 US patents. Nutralab currently provides weight control and nutritional products to the most prestigious Ivy League medical schools.
